Our Document Controllers support you in:

- Application and delivery in accordance with transmittals

What does Vector Eyes do when taking over the project handover:
- Preparation of all project documentation in accordance with client guidelines. For example, requesting new document numbers, classification, collecting metadata, converting to Smart PDF and setting up transmittals, etc.
- Maintaining contact with the Document Control responsible of the client. We take care of the communication, the requests for document numbers and go through the guidelines, if necessary. In addition, contact is of course maintained regarding the delivery of the documents.
