Vector Eyes takes your privacy seriously. We process personal data as a result of your use of our website, our services and also because you provide this information to us.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Minors
Our website and services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, with the exception of situations with permission from parents or guardians. Vector Eyes cannot check if a visitor is older than 16, therefore we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children. Together, we can prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent in this way.

Vector Eyes will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
With companies that process your data in our order, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Vector Eyes remains responsible for processing.

Google analytics
Through Google Analytics anonymous data on surfing behavior is collected on orchidsinfo.eu. This way we can see how visitors like you use the website. We use this information to make informed decisions about the design of our website. We also optimize the operation of the website. To enable careful processing, we have taken the following measures:
- We have signed a processor agreement with Google;
- We have masked the last octet of the IP address;
- We have disabled all the opportunities Google offers to “share data with Google”;

Vector Eyes wants to be sure that the request for access has been made by you. That is why we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity, along with your request for inspection, correction or deletion. To protect your privacy, Vector Eyes requests you to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) on this copy.
Vector Eyes will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
